Is it possible to book a vehicle pick-up when the office is closed?

Yes, Italy Best Rent allows you to collect a vehicle even when the office is closed. To collect a vehicle in this way, the Out of Hours service is available for a fee. This service is subject to confirmation and can be booked by contacting the booking centre.

Is it possible to book a vehicle and drop off outside office hours?

Yes, the company allows you to return a vehicle even when the office is closed. To self-service return a vehicle, the Key-Box service is available free of charge. Simply leave the keys in the key-box after you have parked your vehicle.

Is it possible to reserve a specific model?

It is not currently possible to reserve a specific rental car model. The rental company guarantees, in accordance with industry regulations, delivery of a vehicle of the booked category or higher. The car models are an example of the specific category (e.g. small car, medium car, station wagon or 9-seater van).

For how many days is it possible to book/rent a vehicle?

Yes, during winter most vehicles are equipped with winter tyres. You can make this request at the head office or at the booking centre.

All vehicles are equipped with snow chains at no extra cost.

To change your booking you can contact the Italy Best Rent booking centre or go to the rental station. It is advisable to notify us as soon as possible of any changes so that the company can make arrangements to meet your request.

Who can I ask for the summary/voucher of my booking?

After you have made a booking on the website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your transaction attached. In case of booking with the reservation centre or at the rental station the summary of the transaction will be delivered directly by the consultants of Italy Best Rent or will be sent to you by e-mail.

Is it possible to book a vehicle with home delivery/pick-up?
